Our privacy commitments
What we collect
Applicant accounts include identity, contact, enrolment, academic and financial-need information, personal statements, consent records and required documents. Pledge and contact forms collect only the information shown in those forms.
Why we use it
We use information to verify eligibility, administer scholarship periods, review applications, communicate with applicants and supporters, maintain security, meet governance obligations and improve programmes.
Who can access it
Access is restricted to authorised administrators and reviewers who need the information for Foundation work. Private documents are not made public.
Retention
Our initial policy is to retain application records for 24 months after the relevant scholarship period closes, then delete private documents and minimise retained personal data unless law or legitimate reporting obligations require longer retention.
Your choices
You may ask for access to or correction of your information. Where legally and operationally possible, you may ask for deletion. Withdrawing an application does not create a second submission opportunity in the same period.
