Dr. Femi Rotifa was a University of Port Harcourt medical graduate and the 35th President of the Port Harcourt University Medical Students’ Association.

His leadership carried a recognisable signature: diligence, warmth, high standards, and a readiness to make room for someone else.

His professional path led to surgery at Rivers State University Teaching Hospital in Port Harcourt, where the same discipline and care remained central to the way his community spoke of him.
